PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add pedometer function to a portable accessor and to improve its availability by driving a notification means at each prescribed timing, accordance with a notification format allocated to a pulse integration area which corresponds to a stored integration value. SOLUTION: When a shock is imparted to a vibration sensor S in walking, a pulse signal is generated in each step, and its integration value is stored in a storage device RAM. For each generation of one or plural pulse signals from the sensor S, a trigger pulse signal is generated and LEDs 11a to 11c are emitted by a prescribed notification format allocated to a pulse integration band, corresponding to the integration value stored in the RAM from among plural notification formats stored in the RAM every generation of a trigger pulse signal. Namely, a pulse signal is generated from the sensor S in each step, and when the integration value of pulse signals is increased, a notification format by light or sound is converted stepwisely. Thereby the additional value of the portable accessory is improved, and its availability can be improved.
