PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit which reduces the weight for machine body wiring by eliminating a need of addition of machine body wiring for analog backup in an airplane. SOLUTION: A digital control signal operation part 21 which receives a digital signal 11a from a digital command operation part 11 to output a control signal to an actuator, analog control signal operation parts 22 and 23 which receive analog PWM(pulse width modulation) signals from analog command operation parts 12 and 13 backing up the digital command operation part 11 by outputting a command signal by an analog PWM signal 12a and output control signals to the actuator to back up the digital control signal operation part 11, selecting means 24 and 25 which select a digital signal and an analog signal for backup against abnormality of this digital signal, and a transmission line which is used in common by the digital signal from the digital command operation part 11 and analog PWM signals from analog command operation parts 12 and 13 are provided.
