PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a Point-Of-Purchase advertising article which is usable in the sample exhibition chambers of a vending machine and transmits light to glitter a front surface by utilizing light sources from flanks without using separate power sources by providing the end of this article with a plurality of light transmission rods of elongated columns which are bent to the front surface and are directed in their cross sections toward the front surface. SOLUTION: Both ends of the light transmission rods 2 of the elongated columnar shape are bent to the perpendicular shape round at the corners toward the front surface and the cross sections 1 are directed toward the front surface. The flanks of the light transmission rods 2 formed with a broad U shape by bending both ends are then connected at the top and the bottom, by which a raft plate 3 bend on both sides to the front surface is formed. This raft 3 bent on both sides is housed into a transparent case 4. This transparent case 4 has a D-shaped bottom and forms a shape opened in the central portions of the top surface and the rear surface. The raft plate 3 is housed into this case, by which the portion of the bottom is formed as a plane and the case is securely adhered and mounted at the top surface of a merchandise sample 5. The light entering from the flanks of the columnar light transmission rods 2 bent at the ends toward the front surface transfers the inside of the light transmission rods 2 so that the light is emitted from the sectional surfaces, which are directed to the front surface, to glitter the sectional surfaces.
