PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two layered optical disk on which a high density recording and reproducing is performed. SOLUTION: An optical information recording medium A is made on a transparent substrate 1, against which laser beams L are irradiated, by successively laminating a first information recording layer A1, a transparent layer 6 and a second information recording layer A2. The layer A1 is made by laminating a first dielectric layer 2, a first recording layer 3, which is made of a phase transition material, a second dielectric layer and a heat radiating layer 5 on the transparent substrate 1. The layer A2 is made by laminating a third dielectric layer 7, a second recording layer 8 made of the phase transition material, a fourth dielectric layer 9 and a reflection layer 10 on the layer 6. |
