PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reduction in luminous intensity and simultaneously enhance a contrast ratio, by a method wherein a recess part surface reflecting at least a part of lights from a light emitting element has a plurality of colored materials which are substantially same as each light emitting color of the light emitting element. SOLUTION: A package 202 having a recess part in which LED chips 204, 205 can be internally disposed contains yellow and black colored dyes. The LED chip 204 which can emit blue lights and the LED chip 205 which can emit yellow lights are disposed in a cup of the package 202. A bottom side of a sidewall of the recess part is coated with an epoxy resin 201 containing blue colored dyes to be cured, thereby coloring blue. In the meantime, on a side face 202 above that, the yellow and black colored dyes contained in the package appear on the surface. |
