The inflatable roof panels (1) comprise two air-filled superposed films (2,3) and tightening ropes (4,5). The panels rest on a support structure able to support at least two juxtaposed elements. The superposed films form a common closed sleeve in which the ropes are longitudinally positioned and placed inside sheaths (9,10) formed by longitudinal linear welding of the superposed films.
