Removal of dregs from wine vessels with one motor unit being shared between several vessels

A wine process comprises the use of a vat (1) equipped with a mechanism for the removal of dregs comprising removal means (16) for each of the vats and a motorized means which can be transported from vat to vat when needed. Each of the removal means lack an individual motorized means and can be coupled to a motor when needed. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a vat for making wine using the above process comprising mechanical means (16) for the removal of the dregs and lacking an individual motorized means and a means for fitting (22) or coupling a detachable motorized means (26); (2) a unit for the motor for use in the process comprising a motorized means (26) presenting a coupling arm (31) and a support (27) in relation to the motorized means and can be freely tilted; and (3) an installation for wine making comprising several vats (1) and a motorized unit.
