PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect an optional terminal with a LAN analyzer without cutting off the terminal by storing the input side of a reception data bus in a connection port for measurement and connecting ports for measurement at the transmission and reception sides of the LAN analyzer with each of transmission and reception ports of the connection port for measurement. SOLUTION: When data measurement by connecting the LAN analyzer is performed, a LAN analyzer for measuring transmitted data is connected with a port 44 and a LAN analyzer for measuring received data is connected with a port 45. In this case, a transmission data bus 11 is cut off from a transmission data bus 13 of a driver/receiver circuit 35, a reception data bus 12 is cut off from a reception data bus 14 and the reception data bus 12 is connected with the transmission data bus 13 by a received data switching circuit 2. Thus, the transmitted data in an optional channel connected with ports 41 to 43 of a connecting device between LANs is transmitted to the transmission port of the port 44 and the received data is transmitted to the transmission port of the port 45.
