PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which allows user to face an image display part and to photograph a face image while performing posture correction and also facilitates posture correction, etc. SOLUTION: As a photographing and display 1 which photographs and displays a face image that becomes a basic when a computer performs image processing, an image fetching window 6 is provided at an upper part of a photographing and displaying part 2, a dynamic image fetched by an image picking up device through the window 6 is shown on a liquid crystal panel 5 on the front and a photograph is taken with appropriate posture by performing posture correction, etc., while the dynamic image is looked at. The photographed still image is shown on the panel 5 and image processing is performed by a computer operation, etc. Also, posture correction, etc., are easily performed by reversing an image fetched from the window 6 with mirrors and matching a moving image shown on the panel 5 to the horizontal direction of a mirror image.
