PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to acquire the information of a required part out of structured information as quick as possible and to start the succeeding action continuously from the time acquiring the information. SOLUTION: An original information selection means 102 selects a structured information from structured information stored in an original information storing means 101 based on an original information selection rule stored in an original information selection rule storing means 104 and an original information division means 103 divides the structured information based on a rule for dividing the structured information on the viewpoint of a function to be used and the importance of contents which is stored in an original information division rule storing means 10. Consequently, the divided structured information elements can be effectively utilized by various combinations and individually dealed with in each required information element. Even when data are interrupted on the way, an information receiving side also is not easily influenced by the data interruption. Necessary information elements out of the divided structured information elements are previously combined when they are required or stepwisely synthesized, so that the succeeding action can be continuously started at the initial acquisition of the required information. |
