PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for detecting the bending angle of the press brake, which can accurately extract a projection image projected on a work to be measured from a variety of appearing images, even when an image pickup line projected on the work to be measured is short and the projection area of the light beam is small. SOLUTION: A 1st image photographed before the work W is bent, and a 2nd image photographed after the bending is completed are allocated to an XY image and classified into two, i.e., image-present pixels and image-absent pixels. Pixels on the same coordinate axes of the images (a) and (b) which are thus obtained are compared to perform a logical operation processings based on a logical operation table, and then only a pixel image (image c) consisting the photographed image projected on the work is extracted. |
