PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an output voltage and enhance productivity, by a method wherein a spin injection layer composed of an oxide ferromagnetic substance material which is almost completely spin-polarized and a spin detection layer are provided, thereby attaining a structure in which a layer composed of a non-magnetic conductive oxide material as a transition layer is sandwiched therebetween. SOLUTION: A substrate 1 is provided with a function for holding an element part. A spin injection layer 2 formed on the substrate 1 and composed of a ferromagnetic metal material which is almost completely spin-polarized is provided with a function for injecting carriers spin-polarized to a transition layer 3. The transition layer 3 is sandwiched between the spin injection layer 2 and a spin detection layer 4, and serves to generate a voltage according to relative relationship of magnetization directions of the spin injection layer 2 and the spin detection layer 4 which change by an external magnetic field and make an external output. |
