PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow accurate detection with easy fitting. SOLUTION: A plurality of vertical fitting legs 13 are allowed to protrude circularly as one body at an upper part of a sensor housing cylinder 9 wherein a sensor is housed inside with an outside wrapped with a metal jacket, an engagement projection protruding outward is provided at the upper end of the fitting leg 13, each of the engagement projections is pressurized against elastic force to be engaged with a hole 8, for free vertical sliding, of a fixed side substrate comprising the hole 8 whose diameter is smaller than the distance across the engagement projections, with a spring 15 between the substrate and the sensor housing cylinder 9.
