PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of performing transmission by specifying plural recipients for one original and distributing the reception data of the plural recipients on a reception side. SOLUTION: In the case that transmission communication information specifying the plural recipients for one communicating party is provided through a transmission origin facsimile 805, a transmission origin communication management server 804 adds recipient specifying data for indicating the plural recipients to the transmission communication information and transmits it to the communicating party. Also, in the case that the plural pieces of transmission information to a certain recipient or the same communicating party are provided, those pieces of the transmission information are transmitted and distributed altogether.
