PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a camera by making a motion vector generation circuit and a photoelectric transducer of a video camera that performs blur correction one chip. SOLUTION: An electric signal from a photoelectric transducer 111 is applied to a video signal generation circuit 122 and a video signal of a luminance signal and a color-difference signal are produced after the electric signal is subjected to ADD conversion through an S/H circuit 112 and an AGC circuit 113. Together with it, the electric signal is applied to a detection signal generation circuit 131 from the circuit 113 with G signal extracted and is sent to a motion vector detection circuit 140 through an LPF 132 and a motion vector is produced. Motion correction of the video signal is performed based on the motion vector. Then, because each part of the detection signal generating part 131, the LPF 132 and the motion vector detecting part 140 can be formed in a small scale circuit, it can be made together with the parts from the transducer 111 to the AGC 113 as a part enclosed with an alternate long and short dash line into a one-chip IC.
