摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute communication while suppressing changes in a data form as much as possible by which a gas meter and the like transmit/receive data at the time of communication between a center device and the gas meter and the like with an ISDN line. SOLUTION: A communication control means 5 controlling the connection/cut of a B channel, sampling serial data at equal intervals, transmitting them to an ISDN line by the B channel and transmitting data received by the B channel as serial data and a terminal communication means 4 transferring data received from the gas meter 3 to the communication control means 5 as serial data and transferring serial data received from the communication means 5 to the gas meter 3 are provided.
