PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect many more main signal system packages to an interface by decreasing a total number of pins of the interface for a monitor control package. SOLUTION: A plurality of main signal system packages 14a-14y connecting to a monitor control package 12 are divided into two packages each for one group, one data line (48-50) is assigned to each group and each group connects to the monitor control package 12 as an interface. When a main signal system package 16 of the monitor control package 12 applies data read control (Read control) and write control (Write control) to any of I/O ports 66a-66y of the main signal system package, an interface selection circuit 26 selects an interface and one main signal system package is specified among main signal system packages in multi-connection to the selected interface through control lines 44, 46 of a package selection circuit 20.
