PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always multiplex state information from the formation of a digital signal until the transmission to a remote place at the time of obtaining plural signals from a signal device or a sensor provided at a vehicle traveling path or the like, and transmitting those signals. SOLUTION: This device 10 is provided with plural arithmetic means 2a and 2b respectively provided in each sensor S1 and S2 for introducing each digital signal, operating prescribed logical arithmetic operation, and transmitting the arithmetic result, and a time-division transmitting means 3 whose each data introducing end is connected with each data transmission edge of each arithmetic means 2a and 2b for sampling each arithmetic result according to a prescribed order, combining this with the original logical value digital signal as each pair for editing a series of time-sequential data stream, and transmitting the data stream to a remote place. Then, the transmission data transmitted through a transmission path are received, and the identity and correlation of the transmission data is inspected so that correct data can be selected.
