PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device provided with the heating device being free from contact point deterioration in the case of a jamming disposal, a unit replacing, or the like, endurable to high voltage/high frequency, made possible to secure inductance as a whole and to obtain the optimum inductance with respect to the heat generation, even in the case of shortening the length of the device whole body in the lengthwise direction for the small size, the heat fixing device, and this heating device. SOLUTION: In this heating device provided with magnetic field generating means 3 generating the magnetic field, and a rotary body 1 provided with a heating layer generating the heat by the eddy current generated by receiving the effect of this magnetic field, a pressure member 5 forming a nip part N with the rotary body 1, and heating heated material P by hold/transporting heated material P by the nip part, the device is provided with the noncontact type electric power transmitting device capable of feeding the power to the magnetic field generating means 3 by the magnetic field combination by a primary coil 11a and a secondary coil 12a.
