摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive high-sensitivity magnetic field detecting sensor which can reduce the fluctuation of detected values due to the spatial magnetic field distribution of an object to be detected. SOLUTION: A magnetic field detecting sensor 1 is provided with a magnetic field detecting section 2 having upper and lower magnetic layers 2b and 2a formed on a substrate and a conductive layer 4 formed between the magnetic layers 2b and 2a and connected to a high-frequency power source and a magnetic field converging section 3 the width of which becomes broader as going toward an object to be detected, such as the shaft, etc., and which is connected directly to the detecting section 2 and transmits magnetic fluxes directly or indirectly leaking out from the object to be detected by converging the magnetic fluxes. The sensor detects the variation of the magnetic field in the object to be detected as the variation of the magnetic permeability of the detecting section 2. Since the magnetic field converging section 3 converges and averages the magnetic fluxes leaking out from the object, the sensor can detect a true magnetic field variation with accuracy.
