PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and effectively measure the inner diameter of a prepared hole formed in nut material for a form rolling tap. SOLUTION: A chuter 2, which longitudinally sends in a line nut material N whose prepared hole, is set in the transversal direction, a stopper 3 which restrains the movement of the nut material N sent in the chuter 2 one by one, a probe 6 which is inserted in the prepared hole of the nut material N restrained by the stopper 3 and detects the inner diameter of the hole, and a discharging machine 7 which discharges the nut material N decided to be unacceptable about the inner diameter of the prepared hole on the basis of measured results of the probe 6, from the chuter 2 to the outside are installed.
