PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically prepare a telephone directory by setting personal information including name information to a call setting message to be used for the radio interface of PHS(R) and transmitting/receiving this information while adding the incoming sub address of contents as name data containing a call originating number as a telephone number on the side of call origination to be simultaneously transmitted. SOLUTION: A CPU 7 controls respective parts, registers a user's own name, birthday and blood type as name card data in a memory 9 while using a key pad 8, inputs the transmission of the name card data and the telephone number of the transmission destination and activates the call origination. The CPU 7 originates a call while setting the registered name card data to the incoming sub address of the call setting message and on the side of call termination where the incoming of the call is detected, the incoming sub address of the received call setting message is judged. When that address is judged as the name card data, the CPU 7 stores it in the memory 9 and afterwards, the message is selected by the key pad 8 and displayed on an LCD 6. When the call origination is activated later, a call is originated to that telephone number. Thus, labor for preparing a telephone directory while using the key pad 8 can be saved.
