<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lot organizing method and its device to be used for its execution, by which proper lot organizing is executed in a short time in the whole commands (orders) of an organization objects, the operability of a manufacture equipment is improved and a remaining material is reduced. SOLUTION: A piling part 15 sets plural frames for classifying respective orders based on respective pieces of order information stored in a memory 13, piles up the weight of the orders in a corresponding frame and, then, generates plural order weight groups. A first lot generating part 21 selects the order weight groups formed in the area of reference material quality among the respective order weight groups, compares the total order weight of the selected order weight groups with a previously set lot size and judges whether the total weight of the selected order weight groups is more than the lot size or not. A first lot generating part 21 summarizes the plural order weight orders included in the order weight groups by the lot size and generates one or plural lots when the total weight of the selected order weight groups is more than the lot size.</p> |
