PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make efficient layout design executable at the time of preparing many fliers to be used for many stores by substituting/combining display information constituting arrangement information for/with display information constituting basic arrangement information. SOLUTION: In the case of outputting fliers for a store A with a color printer 6 or the like, the commodity information on respective commodities is automatically laid out on a sheet of paper by an automatic commodity information layout means based on paper block dividion information and commodity arrangement information for the store A and outputted with the color printer 6. In the case of outputting fliers for a store B, a commodity information combination means combines the store-A commodity arrangement information to be the base of layout design and substitutive arrangement information for the store B and prepared fliers are outputted from the color printer 6. Namely commodity information arranged in the same block as the store-B substitutive arrangement information is excluded from the store-A commodity arrangement information. Then, the store-B substitutive commodity arrangement information is added to the corrected store-A commodity arrangement information.
