PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make recordable various kinds of numerical data by permitting any person to properly execute a work such as the selection and arrangement of a lens being suitable for a spectacles frame based on numerical data. SOLUTION: The size of the spectacles frame F and the degree of the lens are inputted to a computer 3, a person wearing the spectacles frame F is positioned in front of an image pickup device 2, the position of a far place seeing pupil is photographed by an upper image pickup equipment through an upper image fetching window 9 and the position of a near place seeing pupil is photographed by the lower image pickup equipment through the lower image fetching window 18. The images are displayed in a display 4, various kinds of graphics or the like for supporting a spectacles layout are displayed on the images, the displacements x and y of the positions of the respective pupils with the frame center Fc of the spectacles frame F are measured and they are referred at the time of selecting and arranging or the like the lens.
