摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery discharge test apparatus in which the operation of a make-and-break switch can be performed at an accurate timing. SOLUTION: Resistances for discharge 4-1 to 4-N and make-and-break relays 5-1 to 5-N are built in a discharge circuit 3 of a battery 1. In a state that the make-and-break relays 5-1 to 5-N are opened, a charging operation is performed to the battery 1 from a charging device 2. When a charging completion signal 9 is outputted from the charging device 2, the make-and-break relays 5-1 to 5-N are closed sequentially by ON signals which are transmitted sequentially from the control part of a control device 8. A discharge current value A1 during this time is measured by an ampere meter 6. A testing current value which is stored in advance in a memory and the discharge current value A1 are compared in a current comparator. When the discharge current value A1 reaches the level of the testing current value, the charging operation to the battery 1 is stopped, and a discharge operation is made to progress while its state is being kept.
