PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fluctuation of resonance frequency of an ultrasonic sensor where a diaphragm is constructed independently of a case main body and then the diaphragm is adhered to the case main body. SOLUTION: An adhesive is applied to an inside corner part that is formed between the inner surface of a diaphragm 4 and the inner circumference surface of a case main body part 13 and adjacent to the inner circumference side of a surface adhered area secured between the diaphragm 4 and the body 13. Thus, an inside fillet 14 is formed. In the same way, the adhesive is applied to an inside corner part that is formed between the outer circumference surface of the diaphragm 4 and one of both end faces of the body 13 and adjacent to the outer circumference side of the face adhered area secured between the diaphragm 14 and the body 13. Thus, an outside fillet 15 is formed.
