PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a PPP server to automatically access a network resource to which the PPP server connects when the PHS data communication terminal enters a zone of a CS. SOLUTION: When the PHS data communication terminal enters a zone of a cell station CS connecting to a PPP server, the CS assigns a link channel to the terminal. In this case, the CS makes a PS-ID authentication request 30 to the PPP server by using a PS-ID of the PS(personal station) terminal entering the zone. Then the PPP server authenticates whether or not the indicated PS-ID is in matching with a registered IS and returns a PS-ID authentication reply 31 to the CS when the indicated PS-ID is in matching with the registered PS-ID. Then the CS makes a PPP start request 32 to the PS and the PS adopts the sequence control method to make a call and to start PPP connection accordingly.
