PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor capable of keeping its outer case airtight. SOLUTION: This capacitor is constituted of a cylindrical outer case 2 having a bottom, a cover 3, an electrode terminal 5, and an insulating sealing member 6 which is formed by insert molding as an integral unit between the cover 3 and the electrode terminal 5. The electrode terminal 5 is constituted of an axle section 7, an inside connection 9, an outside connection 11, and a collar 12. The insulating sealing member 6 exists at least between a through-hole 4 and the axle section 7 and between the collar 12 and the cover 3. The outside connection 11 is connected to a lead member 10 by soldering or welding. The outside connection 11 fixes and connects the lead member 10 with a screw screwed with a spring section. The collar 12 has a locking section 12 which locks the lead member 10. The insulating sealing member 6 is disposed between the locking section and the cover 3. The insulating sealing member 6 is extended between the lead member 10 and the locking section. |
