PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely vertically/horizontally scroll a screen through a simple operation by quickly scrolling a display screen projected on display data to any arbitrary position of plane coordinates set on the display data. SOLUTION: The display screen projected on the display data is quickly scrolled to any arbitrary position of coordinates set on the display data. A scroll processor 2 is provided with a position-on-display screen recognizing part 21 for detecting the arbitrary position on the display screen, relative position calculating part 22 and screen display part 23 for determining the display position of all the screen information including the display data. The position-on- display screen recognizing part 21 detects the position designated on the display screen by an input device 1 and the relative position calculating part 22 calculates that position as the relative position of the display screen. Further, the screen display part 23 collates this relative position with display data information 32, determines the position to display all the screen information and displays it on an output device 4.
