<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image compression device capable of efficiently performing a compression processing, reducing burdens on a transmission destination and shortening transmission time. SOLUTION: The respective still images of moving images obtained in a moving image obtaining part 10 are arranged into one large still image in a large still image preparation part 12. Then, based on the large still image, color reduction and CLUT(color lookup table) generation are performed. The respective still images are divided into blocks and into two colors in a blocking part 16 and the bit map generation of the two colors are performed for the respective blocks. Further, a filtering processing for reducing noise is performed in a block filter part 18 and Huffmun encoding and the run length encoding to the same or similar blocks are respectively performed in an encoding part 20. Only one CLUT is generated for the plural still images for constituting the moving image.</p> |
