PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a thin resistor film to be accurately formed after forming an electrically conductive pattern by spirally forming the resistor film heat consists of ink sprayed on the side of a cylindrical insulator and forming electrodes on both ends. SOLUTION: A resistor film 1 is spirally attached to the side of a cylindrical ceramic 5 as cylindrical insulator. Electrodes 2 that are electrically conductive caps connected to the respective ends of the resistor film 1 are then fitted and fixed to both ends of the cylindrical ceramic 5 with the fixed resistor film 1. Thus, the resistor film is patterned down to a gap of the electrically conductive cap and the longer spiral resistor film 1 is formed within a limited region. A trimming region 3 is provided for adjusting resistance and trimming is preformed with a sandblaster and laser. In the spiral resistor film 1, the resistance is adjusted by short-circuiting the adjacent electrically conductive pattern around the cylindrical ceramic 5 so as to traverse a portion of the adjacent pattern. Therefore, inductance of the pattern is cancelled each other.
