<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up orthogonal demodulation by reducing the frequency of operation or comparison to be executed at the time of orthogonal demodulation. SOLUTION: Input data D(64) of 64th order are divided into four 16th order data blocks DB0(0) to DB0(3). A reference inversion value (j) is found out by executing 16th order high speed Walsh inversion for the data block DB0(0). Index values S1, S2 indicating the number of data of which codes do not coincide are found out by executing code comparison between the data blocks DB0(0) and DB0(1) and between the data blocks DB0(0) and DB0(2). An inversion value determination part 18 determines an inversion value I to be an index for specifying a demodulation symbol by adding either one of 0, 16, 32, and 48 to the reference inversion value (j) in accordance with the compared results of the index values S1, S2.</p> |
