<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permanently record images for a long period at a low cost despite the input of many images by sharing a secondary recorder among plural primary recorders which records the continuously inputted images in terms of a short period. SOLUTION: A secondary image transmitting part 12 receives an image reproduction request, searches for the requested image on a saved image management table, reads the graphic data out of the corresponding file periodically sends these data to an image reproducing device 3 via a transmission network 4. Every primary recorder 1 is required to have its recording capacity to record the latest image in terms of a short period and is not required to prepare a secondary record storing area 20 for the substitute application. Thus, many inputted images can be permanently recorded at a low cost. Furthermore, a recording area can be effectively used as an area 20 that is needed in the future by sharing the recorder 2 among plural recorders 1.</p> |
