<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form patterns of an insulating film having high density and a good insulating characteristic. SOLUTION: An insulating material solution wherein a sol-gel solution 13 is included in microcapsules 15 to be dispersed in a vehicle 14 is applied by a printing process, thereafter it is baked at the temperature more than the boiling point of the vehicle 14. Thus, the use of insulating material solution prepared so as to have appropriate viscosity by adding gum into the sol-gel solution enables easy formation of the insulating film having high density, a good insulating characteristic, and the prescribed shape by various printing techniques.</p> |
