PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate re-sticking control at generating of slippings. SOLUTION: When the number of revolution of an induction motor 15 exceeds a specified value at power running, a slippage control means 16 detects the slipping of wheels, and outputs an output decreasing signal 16a of the induction motor 15 according to the degree of the slipping. With the output decreasing signal 16a, output torque of the induction motor 15 is lowered, and the conduction ratio of a brake chopper 21 is controlled. Hence the decrease quantity of the output torque of the induction motor 15 is made to be consume in a brake resistor 22. |
