PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure smooth opening/closing operation of a flap by allowing the flap to execute the opening/closing operation after a tray has been moved to the range of opening and closing movement path when the tray is this range. SOLUTION: A flap-opening/closing operation mechanism 132 is mounted in the apparatus as a mechanism for opening/closing the flap to the closed/ opened positions in such a timing that the flap is moved in the opening/closing direction with a command signal from CPU 122 or manually. Moreover, a CD tray opening and closing operation mechanism 134 is also mounted on the apparatus as the mechanism for automatically opening/closing the CD disk tray to the closed position/opened position in such a timing that the CD disk tray is moved to the closed/opening position with a command signal from the CPU 122 or manually. CPU 122 executes the flap opening/closing process, and flap- closing process when the power switch is off as a part of the interruption process which is driven in every period of CPU.
