PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the work load on headquarter staffs and to realize proper multi-store operation management by automatically distributing information to a store necessary to be distributed and also improving the communication efficiency between the headquarter and the multiple stores. SOLUTION: One or plural terminal equipments among the plural terminal equipments are designated from a host computer 1 and information is distributed. The identifier information adding means 7 of the host computer 1 adds identifiers for classification to information for distribution for every piece of information. A distribution destination specifying means 9 judges the identifiers added to the respective pieces of information, refers to distribution relating information and specifies one or plural terminal equipments for distribution. A distribution schedule control means 12 distributes the respective pieces of information to the specified terminal equipments in accordance with a time schedule. The plural terminal equipments are respectively provided with a distribution information referring means 13 by which distributed information is read and recognized.
