PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly save human life by attaining a two-way communication with a message text and voice through a small GPS and SOS signal emission button and the like, avoiding panic state of a sufferer through the communication between a rescue party and the sufferer and analyzing the present position with GPS. SOLUTION: A small GPS 1 and disaster signal emission button and the like 2 are installed in a wrist watch which is always possessed by mountain climbers, underwater divers, etc., in any situation excepting an arbitrarily removed and it is made waterproof. The waterproof wrist watch with a small GPS is made it possible to indicate message text on a liquid crystal screen 9 of GPS wrist watch of a suffere to confirm that the rescue party received the SOS signal and to communicate in two-way by voice. |
