PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital type signal processor circuit for sensors which has a small circuit scale and can capable of keeping high accuracy over a wide adjustable range. SOLUTION: A circuit comprises a subtractor circuit 1, analog integrator circuit 2, comparator circuit 3, and one-bit D/A converter circuit 7 ΔΣ-modulates the output of a sensor S into a digital signal, to be fed to an arithmetic unit 4 which arithmetically processes according to the contents in a PROM 8 whereby the span and zero-point are adjusted, and a PWM 5 and LPF 7 D/A-convert it to obtain an output 1. As a result, functionally overhanging parts are removed, so that the circuit scale of the digital type signal processor circuit having a wide adjustable range and adjustable at a high precision can be suppressed to be sufficiently small. |
