PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of the number of components by the use of a simple structure and reduce the influence of ambient temperature variation as much as possible. SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent element 1 has at least a positive electrode 2 formed on a transparent substrate from a transparent conductive material, an organic layer composed of one or more layers, and a negative electrode 3 formed from a metal conductive material. The organic electroluminescent element 1 is electrically connected to a resistor 5 so that a series circuit is structured by them. A D.C. power source 11 is connected to the series circuit. |
