PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a musical sound relating a reverberation characteristic to a resonant characteristic by repeatedly delaying a musical sound added with the resonant characteristic, adding reverberation and deciding the delay contents of the delayed musical sound based on the resonant characteristic. SOLUTION: Performance information (musical sound generative information) and musical sound control information generated from a performance information generation part 1 are processed by a controller 2, and various data are sent to a sound output part 5, and a musical sound signal is generated. In the sound output part 5, the musical sound signal according to respective data written in an assignment memory is generated parallel to be musical sound outputted. Further, plural musical sound signals are generated simultaneously by time division processing to be sound generated polyphon ically. Then, a mutual resonant correlative value of all musical sounds sound generated simultaneously is obtained from a resonant correlative value table in a program/data storage part 3, and respective resonant correlative value data are added. Then, the delay rate or the attenuation rate of the reverberation characteristic is changed based on the calculated resonant correlative value data. |
