PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress skew by the time difference between the rise time and fall time of signals after suppressing the skew by a phase difference between the signals in a signal transmission system for performing high-speed data transfer. SOLUTION: This signal transmission system 100 is provided with a signal transmission circuit 1 for transmitting a first signal DRef and a second signal TD, a signal reception circuit 6 for receiving the first signal DRef and the second signal TD transmitted by the signal transmission circuit 1, a phase difference detection circuit 8 for detecting the phase difference of the first signal DRef and the second signal TD received by the signal reception circuit 6, a phase difference correction circuit 7 for correcting the phase difference, a time difference detection circuit 9 for detecting the time difference between the rise time of the received first signal DRef and the fall time of the received second signal TD and a time difference correction circuit 10 for correcting the time difference.
