PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a consumption power and to retain the service life of a rechargeable battery as much as possible by adjusting power supply, so that power can be supplied by averaging in a time zone for supplying power while utilizing the rechargeable battery. SOLUTION: Power supply from a power system and that from a recharging device 1 are switched by the on/off control of a switch 13 and a switch 14 according to the command of a demand controller 2. Then, when power is supplied by utilizing the device 1, current is not simultaneously discharged from a rechargeable battery 5 but is averaged in a time zone on a demand side management contract for discharging, thus reducing the loss of a consumption power for improving the operating efficiency of a control circuit, and at the same time maintaining the service life of the rechargeable battery longer. |
