PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the short-circuiting failure of a power supply line in advance by forming a closed loop that is led from one output of a power supply and returns to the same one output as the power supply and arranging it in a car body and providing a power supply line for feeding power to a control unit. SOLUTION: A communication means for communicating data with other modules, a sensor, switches, and an external electric load are respectively connected to various kinds of modules 5, 29, 17, 18, 20, 27, 22, 26, and 24, thus forming a closed loop. In this case, for transmitting and receiving data among modules, a multiplex communication line is arranged and connected. Then, a circuit for monitoring the state of each short-circuiting sensor is provided at the module being connected to a power supply line to detect the failure in each short-circuiting sensor, thus quickly reporting failures, when the possibility of generating short-circuiting failure appears in the power supply line and hence preventing the short-circuiting failure in advance. |
