PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform access from a terminal such as telephone set, pocket beeper or facsimile to electronic mail or voice mail, which arrives during absence or the like, anytime and anywhere. SOLUTION: User registration is performed while using a WWW server 105. Besides, a system 100 is accessed in voice while using a voice recognizing device 106, speaker recognizing device 107 and voice synthesizing device 103 and the system 100 outputs mail in voice. Further, the designation of a mail output method (such as telephone set 2, pocket beeper 3 or facsimile equipment 4) in voice is accepted by voice recognition and the incoming mail is outputted by the designated output method. Further, the designation of a reply message output method (such as voice mail, transfer to a telephone, transfer to terminal with display such as a pocket beeper, transmission of documents converting voices to document characters through electronic mail or transmission of documents converting voices to document characters through a facsimile) in voice is accepted by voice recognition and the reply message is transmitted by the designated transmission method. |
