<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture recording device which does not need reservation that is conscious and troublesome. SOLUTION: This device learns viewing customs of a viewer, that is, stores television programs actually viewed in each time zone every day or every week as a picture recording candidate on a picture recording schedule 21 and performs picture recording of broadcast content of the channel in the time zone of the next day or the next week according to it. Also, it changes significance evaluation as a picture recording candidate of every day or every week according to whether or not the same program is viewed the preceding day or the preceding week and selects a program to be subjected to picture recording as occasion demands according to the significance.</p> |
