<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a weight of a thermosiphon, by providing a heat dissipating plate and channels for circulating working liquid, and providing thick parts and thin parts at the plate. SOLUTION: A heat dissipating plate 5 is formed, for example, by press injecting or adhering first and second plates 31, 32 of aluminum plates each having a thickness of 4 mm. The plate 31 is a flat plate, and the plate 32 has openings of lack parts. A part in which the plates 31 and 32 are superposed becomes thick parts 33, and a part of only the plate 31 becomes thin parts 34. Channels 59 each has a closed loop. The parts 33 is formed at an inside periphery of the loop, and the parts 34 is formed at an inside of the parts 33. Thus, since the thin parts are provided at the thermosiphon, a weight of the thermosiphon can be lightened.</p> |
