<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a crime preventive effect by arranging a sensor for sensing infrared rays emitted from the human body, lighting a light by a signal of the sensor, and actuating an warning device for giving a warning. SOLUTION: A judging circuit arranged in a luminiare judges what must be driven by output of an infrared ray sensor and an illuminace sensor. The judging circuit actuates a light of the luminaire and a warning device when a person approaches or when surroundings are dark since the night comes. A judging device does not light the light of the luminaire when a person approaches or when surroundings are bright, and drives the warning device or an external signal output device for actuating an external apparatus such as a video camera, or simultaneously drives the warning device and the external signal output device for actuating the external apparatus such as a video camera. The video camera can be used to collect evidence of a thresspass/theft criminal. Even a person staying indoors can know actuation of the luminaire, so that a crime preventive effect can be enhanced.</p> |
