PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate wiring test between a receiver for residence and a shared part speaker without actuating the speaker of the receiver for residence. SOLUTION: At the time of maintenance check, a block acoustic stop mode is set in a receiver 3 for residence and a check mode is set in a voice alarm device 20. At the time of this check mode, a voice alarm device 20 outputs a voice alarm signal E7 to a voice signal line KPn-KPCn on a floor designated by a fire block signal FAn and a voice signal line KPn+1-KPCn+1 on a floor just above that floor only by a fire central signal FA and the fire block signal FAn regardless of a block acoustic central signal B inputted, and rings a shared part speaker 6 on each floor. At that time, the block acoustic stop mode is set, and a block acoustic control signal E6 is not outputted so that a speaker 5 of a receiver 2 for each residence in each floor can not be rung. Thus, the block acoustic stop mode and the check mode are set so that wiring test between the receiver for residence and the shared part speaker can be attained without ringing the speaker of the receiver for residence.
